Create your service records with details such as the device in question, the complaint, the appointment date, and the person who reported the service. Distribute service tasks by monitoring technicians’ workloads. Create service forms. Easily enter service information online during the service or at the end of the day. Customize and color-code service stages according to your preferences. From the initial service request, track every stage together with relevant departments and technicians. You can print a service form for customers and facilitate device tracking by printing a barcode label including the customer's information and registration number to attach to the device.

Check whether devices are under warranty based on installation dates and maintenance contracts. The fully integrated application with Gusto allows data defined in Gusto to be used within the application without redefinition. Similarly, data defined in the application is automatically transferred to Gusto. It works fully integrated with the Gusto ERP system without any extra data entry.
